BSOD at Random Times Not Sure What is Causing it

Attachment 57780 here is my file--

I followed the steps on the upload the files section, so that is what I have done above there as that is the zip file it created. I am not sure what is causing this issue, nor do I know how to look for the advanced details request to provide the systems Specs, or else I would have done them too, sorry

Here is what I have tried so far:

I was on window 8. and recently did the 8.1 upgrade. I ran the memory test with the seagate tool and it passed for the short test.
I also tried to view the mini dump files, but again was not able to do so, as I don't have the right tool to open them up with on this end.

I did all the windows updates, so I really could use the experts help here on how to stop these random restarts of my pc? Also I noticed that when the PC first starts up, the screen will flicker once before going into the windows screen, this only started since I did the window.8.1 upgrade too.

In addition, I am not certain if the drivers here are updated or not, as I have had the pc for about 2 years now, and never did do any driver updates with them. The only recent thing I did was update the pinnacle studio with their latest driver. However, the shut downs have happened before that at random times so not sure if that is causing the issues or not.

I do no there was a solution available in my Control panels section for the 7A blue screen, but each time I tried to do it, it said it failed and to try again, never to complete it for me.

I hope look forward to all the help and steps i can take to get this properly fixed.

    Sincerely Yours,

There is a problem device present: Pinnacle Marvin Bus 64 ROOT\SYSTEM\0001 52

    No minidumps attached, please recheck.

Thank you for the reply. Can you please provide me with the steps on how I can get you a mini-dump to attach here please?

On that Pinnacle MarvinBus, is this a driver issue? I ask because I did go to a site that provided a dazzle driver update, and it did say it could be used on the windows 64 system. If, this is what is causing this issue? I have had other blue screen issues, and my windows said there was a solution to them, but when I go to hit the select solution, it says try again later as there was a issue with it.

Please double check your settings here :
Control Panel - System - on left side Advanced System Settings - Advanced tab -

Startup and Recovery - Settings - System Failure - check the box to Write an Event to System Log

    uncheck Auto Restart

make sure the Write Debugging is set to small minidump

and the default folder should look like %SystemRoot%\Minidump.

I can't provide more info without the minidump file. All I know is that driver for this device might have been corrupted or unsigned.

thank you kindly for those steps. Now that I have done that how can I get the log files now to send over to here for you please? Or do I need to wait until there is another blue screen event?

I also noticed inside of my control panel>review your computers status>maintenance> view your reliability history>view all problem events> I have like 6 events of the blue screen shut down, and 4 of them have a solution available but if I click the link, it tells me there was an issue with installing it, and does not give me the chance to use the fix.

here is one of the events:
    Problem signature
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    Code: 7a
    Parameter 1: fffff6e800ca87d8
    Parameter 2: ffffffffc0000185
    Parameter 3: 8da17be0
    Parameter 4: ffffd001950fb000
    OS version: 6_3_9600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 768_1
    OS Version: 6.3.9600.
    Locale ID: 1033

    Extra information about the problem
    Bucket ID: 0x7a_c0000185
However, with the last 2 blue screen shut downs, there is only the tech information and no fix:

here is the one for 1-19-2015:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    Code: 7a
    Parameter 1: fffff6fb403740f8
    Parameter 2: ffffffffc0000185
    Parameter 3: 1467e880
    Parameter 4: fffff6806e81f000
    OS version: 6_3_9600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 768_1
    OS Version: 6.3.9600.
    Locale ID: 1033

Odd thing is it is not showing the last shut down that just happened in here?

any further light you can help me to shed on this issue I would appreciate it.

On this bad driver, how can I go about getting that fixed? Should I roll back the driver to see if it fixes it?? Don't want to break it

    thanks so much

Wait for another crash. The minidump file will be created and you can upload it then. I will be able to provide you with more info then.

Are you using Pinnacle Studio? If yes, it's apparently part of it. Try using an updated version.

Finally got A Mini Dump Report To attach here.

    Hi Softwaremaniac,

I again, I had another blue screen episode, and was able to create a mini dump report this time around, so I am going to attached it here for you,and hopefully this will provide you with enough information this time around to help me take the necessary steps to correct it I hope.

Furthermore, I got these details from my computer maintenance area and am going to post those details here too.

    The bugcheck was: 0x0000007a (0xfffff6e800fba6a0, 0xffffffffc0000185, 0x00000001981f5be0, 0xffffd001f74d4000)
