Random BSOD at random times

Hello, Im new here so bare with me  I built my custom pc a year ago now. Since day one iv been experiencing BSOD. At first it happened during or just after the first boot up of that day and was always Memory Management error. Soon after, i upgraded my ram from 4gb to 8 gb. After doing this the BSOD stopped happening as frequently, but started to happen more randomly. My Bsods were very unusual, i couldnt find anything like it online, instead of the blue screen, i got a pink and blue or a green and blue screen and was very difficult to make out what it said but i could usually make out the error.
For some strange reason i started to get other errors such as IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, PFN_LIST_CORRUPT, PAGE-FAULT-IN-NONPAGE-AREA, SYSTEM_THREAD-EXCEPTION and BAD_POOL_HEADER. I downloaded BlueScreenView to see what he problem was and they were nearly always caused by ntoskrnl driver and sometimes atikmdag driver. Ithen upgraded my GPU and the BSOD continued to happen but i got the normal fully blue screen and the green and blue or pink and blue screens stopped happening. I never get a BSOD during gaming, its nearly always either internet browsing or low level tasks or sometimes at boot up.I dont know if this is related but my browsers crash quite frequently too.
In the last few months i thought i had fixed the problem by fixing my ram speed because they were running at a weird speed and once i put it back to 1600mhz it stopped happening any where near as frequently. BSOD has become much rarer but i sometimes go through a few days where it might become more frequent and then mightened happen again for a week. Iv been searching and trying to fix this for over a year and im startin to give up,
Thanks in advance :D

Update Asus ATK package: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download ATK Package
Run Memtest86+, one stick at the time if you have more than one, and test each for at least eight passes. RAM - Test with Memtest86+ - Windows 7 Help Forums

AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems.

Please uninstall all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
Then, download and install a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD
- Select the "Custom" installation option and don't let it install AMD OverDrive or the VISION Engine Control Center
Then use the ATI uninstall manager to uninstall the Catalyst Control Center (CCC).

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem in perfmon /report, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Uninstall". Reboot for changes to take affect.

Uninstall HotSpot Shield.
