Different BSODs when gaming

Hi everybody,

I am having some trouble with bluescreens for a while now and I am desperately looking for help.

The bluescreens started about a year or a year and a half ago. I had bluescreens when playing games (WoW, Hearthstone, Diablo3, ...), but not always. About every 2-3 weeks. Then it stopped for about half a year, and now its happening again.

I have followed the instructions and created the zip file with the dmp files and the other information.

Some other issues I am having, maybe related (??):
  • Youtube Videos > 720p cause horrible lags (updated flash, used Mozilla, Chrome)
  • Sometimes the login into the system takes a couple minutes (after pressing enter when providing the password)
  • Sometimes my explorer freezes when right-clicking or entering a certain folder. A restart solves the issue.

What I have done so far:
  • Memory test (20+ hours)
  • Updated graphic card drivers, because I thought they would cause the issue...
  • Windows harddrive tests (chkdsk)

I would be very happy if anybody of you could help me... Thank you in advance! :)

Update printer driver. Check your sound devices. Is your HDD plugged in SATA3 port?

Update printer driver.
I thought I did! I used the most recent I could find from the Samsung homepage :/. But maybe It didn't work?!
Check your sound devices.
I also tried to update that driver that you said. I think its the driver for my USB Headset (GameCom 780). Will Check again.
Is your HDD plugged in SATA3 port?
Yes, HDD is plugged in SATA3_0

I am starting to assume that it is the PLTGC.sys, since there are some hits on Google for my headset (Plantronics GameCom). C-Media does not offer any public downloads, you need an account at their website!

Try detaching and not using USB Headset (GameCom 780). Does the issue occur then?

It is just so difficult to test. Bluescreens occur every 5 to 20 days, and I don't have another headset lying around :/
But I know you can't help with that ;) I probably just have to buy a new Headset...

Just try it and test. Don't buy anything yet.
