BSOD random ntoskrnl.exe and atikmdag.sys mixed error

    Hi,
I just signed up to the forum as I have exhausted my own efforts at solving a seemingly known issue with ATI drivers BSOD'ing my system.
I RDP to the effected system and use that method 99% of the times.

At random occassions my system BSOD's giving a few different reasons as attached and posted below
    Code:
On Fri 30/01/2015 22:17:08 GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\013015-30093-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x150AA0)
    Bugcheck code: 0x109 (0xA3A01F59B45B7B9F, 0xB3B72BE006D8BE22, 0xFFFFF802B30BC730, 0x1)
    Error: CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
    product: Microsoftฎ Windowsฎ Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that the kernel has detected critical kernel code or data corruption.
This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

On Wed 28/01/2015 22:00:48 GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\012815-35562-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: atikmdag.sys (atikmdag+0x13274F)
    Bugcheck code: 0x3B (0xC000001D, 0xFFFFF80043B8074F, 0xFFFFD00038E76000, 0x0)
    Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\atikmdag.sys
    product: ATI Radeon Family
    company: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
description: ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver
Bug check description: This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: atikmdag.sys (ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.).
Google query: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

I have googled the errors and tried the fix of extracting and expanding atikmdag.sy_ from the latest ATI driver exe, then replacing the system32 drivers section. This made no difference.

I have ran the diag tool from the posting guidlines and attached it to the post,

Any assistance or suggestions are welcome.

    Thanks

Since posting , I have used the driver removal tool to remove the drivers, the used ATI autodetect to install the latest driver.
Maybe this could have solved it .... ?

Same issue cant see any dump files though :-\
I ran ccleaner after updating the driver last night. But not today, strange.

    Thanks for the tips
    scan returned error:
    C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
    Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
    supported in offline servicing scenarios.

    Hii,

I fixed the corruptions detected in sfc /scannow , no corruptions are detected now
    I ran memtest = 0 errors
Removed AVG and now have Comodo

    I had another BSOD today

    Code:
On Fri 06/02/2015 19:21:32 GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\020615-18265-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x150AA0)
    Bugcheck code: 0x109 (0xA3A01F5A07CA3669, 0xB3B72BE05A4778EC, 0xFFFFF80331D38F1C, 0x1)
    Error: CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
    product: Microsoftฎ Windowsฎ Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that the kernel has detected critical kernel code or data corruption.
This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.
