Hi underberk & Welcome to the forums ^_^,

I have analysed your dump files and below has been provided an analysis of the same for informative purposes :-

WINLOGON_FATAL_ERROR (c000021a)
The Winlogon process terminated unexpectedly.
Code:

So, the WinLogon (The process which controls the user login) encountered an error. On dumping the error string, we got the above text dump. Looking closely at the text, we see that the DCOM (Basically handles how processes can be run efficiently) service crashed unexpectedly which caused the system to crash.

We can see that the NVIDIA Display driver is blocking the IRP which caused the system to crash.
Below is a list of 3rd party drivers present on your system -

Kindly follow the below steps -

  1. Please remove all of the ASUS Bloatware from the system since they are known to cause problems. Uninstall the ATK Hotkey utility and install the latest ATK drivers from the support link given below.
  2. Please remove the currently installed NVIDIA Driver using the Display Driver Uninstaller from this **LINK**. Once it has removed the driver, install the latest NVIDIA Driver from the below link.
  3. It seems that you have installed Toshiba's Bluetooth drivers whereas your system has got Bluetooth from another manufacturer. I would suggest you to uninstall the currently installed Toshiba Bluetooth Drivers from Device Manager.
  4. Your BitDefender drivers are also old. I would suggest you to uninstall the currently installed version using this **TOOL** and then install the latest available version.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Thank you blueelvis!

These are the steps I did so far (after ask this question).

- I reinstalled Windows.
- Installed all Windows Updates.
- Installed Bitdefender Total Sec last version. (Actually that was latest version already. But I was upgraded it from free version. Now installed Total Security 2015 directly.)
- Installed latest driver from Nvidia for 840M.
- Installed latest ATK hotkey driver from Asus support website.
- Installed latest touchpad driver (ASUS Smart Gesture) from Asus support website.

I didn't installed any other driver and seeing 5 unknown driver in device manager.
I feel my computer is a bit faster and more reliable now.

NOTE: I tried reinstalling Windows and all drivers 2 times before. But BSOD's occured everytime. Now as a difference I installed Bitdefender Total Sec. directly and didn't installed all the driver. There was no Asus bloatware in my pc and still there is not. No BSOD so far and I undecided about installing other drivers.

Waiting for your advices.
