My little brothers desktop PC that is running Windows 8.1 keeps going to the BSOD on every startup i do, once it restarts and goes back to desktop it seems to run fine and doesnt BSOD which is quite frustrating. I've zipped up the files needed for you guys to have a view (following the guidelines highlighted in the rules)

It started off with the KMODE Exception but now i get the Kernel Security Check Failure error.

Started off with this error;

Hi, thank you for getting back to me, i have installed the driver update software and updated the drivers along with others it picked up during the scan. Hopefully that should resolve it, will see if it BSOD again, if it does then i'll upload the log files again.

I've not performed hardware checks as of yet. One step at a time :)

Tweakbit Driver Update - I installed that & ran the driver update and drivers got updated and since then no BSOD - will monitor it over the next few days - Don't worry I didn't pay for Tweakbit either. ;)

OK, I didn't mean paying, but the dubious quality of the software. Most of them is fake, so be very careful with that.

Oh I'm careful like that - I'm very reluctant in parting way with my money lol - hopefully the PC BSOD won't occur again - I'll report back tomorrow if there's anymore BSOD errors. So what do you recommend for driver updates which is free?

Hi softwaremaniac

BSOD again. Attached are the latest logs. Hopefully we can find out what the problem is now.

Also when you shutdown the PC and then hit the spacebar on keyboard the PC boots up again, any ideas why?

Thanks

I used 3DP Chip to update the HD Audio Driver & GFX Card. Also done the power setting change so it doesn't turn on when I hit the space button.

How is ESET being the problem? What do you recommend I install then that doesn't cause a problem?
