Monitor your PC for crashes. If it crashes again, provide me with a fresh report.

I will tell what happened to my PC today.
I was playing a game (chrome and skype was opened to), when my screen froze and the sound started looping. I was forced to restart my machine. When it turned on, I opened chrome, and it froze again. Had to restart my computer again, and when I logged in, he suddenly restarted.
The program BlueScreenView detected one of those 3 errors. (Got no BSOD)

The crash was caused by: Driver Reference Table - RTKVHD64.sys
