Hi, repeated BSOD, typically while computer not in use.

Dell XPS8700 24GB Ram, W8.164, i7-4770

It was suggested to update PxHlpa64, but I cannot find a way to update, nor can I figure out what program uses it to delete it. Deleted Sonic CD software.

Please run SFC: SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker - Windows 7 Help Forums
and test your RAM one stick at the time for eight passes with this : RAM - Test with Memtest86+ - Windows 7 Help Forums

Update your wifi drivers and this one: Driver Reference Table - amppal.sys
Uninstall CyberLink Virtual Device.
On top of all that I would recommend downloading 3DP Chip and checking for updates with it. It will mark the outdated drivers by putting the yellow exclamation mark next to them and linking you to the updated version on the website.
Try to disable PxHlpa64 with Autoruns software if you can't locate it by yourself.
And finally go to services.msc and disablem Nvidia Kernel Streaming service. Also update your Nvidia drivers.
