It's a problem with Windows Updates and that's not good.
Please follow these instructions too and post the files in your next reply: Please Read: Activation troubleshooting

    Hi again,

I am attaching files from license diagnostic.
I tested PC with Blend Prime test 94 for 24 hours - nothing.
But lower RPM of my cpu fan persists.

Lower RPM persist. When restart - work fine. When enter to sleep mode - under 300 RPM.

Use Speedfan to adjust it. How are the BSODs?

None. Just this unexpected power lost couple of days before.
I have Easy Tune. I am with mobo Gigabyte. Tried to adjust. After sleep - lower RPM, high temperature. Red in google - nothing solved. Strange. I think that windows lost connection with the bios. Because I restart - and enter BIOS I see normal temp - 29-30 C. Before that the temp was around 70 C - in HW MOnitor and Easy Tune.
