Hello

My computer (Lenovo Thinkpad Helix 3679CTO) is a month old and a bunch of the drivers have gone out of whack. I believe this is my fault due to force shutting down while the computer was updating. I am trying to reset the computer to factory settings but my computer is incapable of restarting. This means that it is also incapable of restoring factory settings. Eventually after the screen says "Restarting..." for a few minutes the BSOD appears and it states the problem is a "Driver Power State Failure".

PLEASE HELP!

Also I have tried attaching a minidump file to this post but I dont have the correct permissions. I have tried changing the permissions but it is in no way intuitive to someone who is not fairly familiar with computers. It is actually pretty frustrating because all I want to do is upload a small file but my computer has locked me out of being able to do so
