BSOD on startup, after installing wireless router

It seems that our pc has run into an error with the .dmp files after I installed a wireless router earlier this week.

I've attached the requested files.

This does not keep my system from running. However, every time we boot the system, it reboots immediately once we have logged in.

Thanks for your help!View attachment 56890

Actually, I thought it was resolved but then found out last night that it wasn't. We're still having the issue.

Please advise.

Thanks!

Hi hrt4desh ^_^,

I have analysed your dump files and below has been provided an analysis of the same for informative purposes :-

VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116)
Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed.
Code:
2: kd> !error ffffffff`c0000001
Error code: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000001 (3221225473) - {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful.
So, according to the dump files, the system crashed because it was unable to complete the requested operation. The requested operation was not serviced or apparently the Graphics Processing Unit hanged and ultimately the crash. Windows already tried to reset the display adapter but this had happened 5 times already in a short period of time and Windows decided that it won't tolerate any further and decides to crash.

Below is a list of 3rd party drivers present on your system -

Kindly follow the below steps -

  1. Please remove any Western Digital or WD software installed on the system. Once the software is removed, make sure that the driver in RED is not present on the system by doing a manual system wide search for the driver in RED. If it is found, rename it to "wdcsam64bak.sys".
  2. Kindly update Matrox Graphics as it's drivers are extremely out of date. If you are not able to find any update, then let me know.
  3. Please uninstall the currently installed AMD Driver using the Display Driver Uninstaller from this **LINK**. Once it has uninstalled the currently installed driver, please install the latest Video Driver from this **LINK**.

Let me know how it goes ^_^
