Event 41 Random Shutdowns. Help please!

I am new to all of this and just had a motherboard replaced. The computer randomly shuts off (mainly when disconnected from the power cable).

Please let me know if this is a driver issue, etc.

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

Sorry for the delay in responding.
There are no memory dumps in the attached reports - have you seen a BSOD?

The computer randomly shuts off (mainly when disconnected from the power cable).
I may be misunderstanding this, but it's normal for a system to shut down when disconnected from the power.

    Please do the following:
    - open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog)
    - expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
    - right click on Administrative Events
    - select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
    - save the file as Admin.evtx
    - zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
    - upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

FYI - If we're looking for Event ID 41 errors (unexplained shutdowns), there's more info on that here: Windows Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, or Windows Server 2008 R2

While waiting for a reply, please monitor your temps with this free utility: HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID

BTW - a quick look through the other reports shows that you have Daemon Tools installed. This is a common cause of BSOD's. Here's what I suggest for it:

I just upgraded a really old Toshiba laptop from Windows Vista Home Basic to Windows 8, and every once in a while, on a shutdown, it just boots up again and gives me a crash error about some minidump, sysdata, and memory.dmp files.
