Blue Screen WHEA_UNCONTROLLABLE_ERROR Any game

hey so, normally its when i play a game computer will bluescreen shut off but even happens at times when computer is idle not being pushed at all.

all drivers are up to date, and windows 8.1 was a clean install aswell
