Hi there,

I have my Asus Notebook (N76) about one year. Now I am a victim of BSOD with the following error message:
system_thread_exception_not_handled (AsusTP.sys)

I am using windows 8.1 x64. Furthermore I think my computer is overclocking aswell since the incident (or even causes the BSOD). But I am not sure about that.

Please help, I am clueless.

PS. sometimes my keyboard stops working and my computer frequently freezes or crashes too (reboot required).

I must be a huge dumbass because I have no idea how to get these drivers from the site. But I uninstalled daemon tools and disabled the Nvidia streamer device and it's working 10 times better already, so thanks for that.

If you got the time to explain me how to get these drivers updated, that would be nice. If not, thanks anyway and thanks again for looking into my problem.

Install this little software. It should help you. It will show a yellow exclamation mark next to the outdated drivers and then you can click on a driver's name to be linked to the update site directly. If not, please post back.

I haven't had any BSoD anymore so that's a good thing. The glitches/freezes continue, but not as often as before (and way less annoying too). So I consider this thread solved. Thanks alot once again.
