    3 Critical Errors in 1 week Kernel-Power

3 System crashes in the past week, I don't believe they were BSOD but I wasn't at the helm when it happened.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000024 (0x000000b500190645, 0xffffd0013aa502a8, 0xffffd0013aa4fab0, 0xfffff8009f0e457a). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP.
    Report Id: 011115-13125-01.

    Last event logged before crash
The start type of the Background Intelligent Transfer Service service was changed from demand start to auto start.

This is the same for the past 2 events.

The MEMORY.DMP file is about 750MB so I cannot attach it.

What can I do and where can I begin to look to figure this out?

Relative new install - maybe a month old.

Either follow these instructions Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions or zip up the MEMORY.DMP and upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, and post a link to the file.

Looks like you have BSOD error NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM, so you might want to do the following:

First, please run the following DISM commands to see if there's any problems with the system (from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt). Press Enter after each one:
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
FYI - I have repaired systems using the last command even though problems weren't found with the first 2 - so I suggest running them all.

From this article: Repair a Windows Image

Secondly, you can also run sfc.exe /scannow from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt to check for further corruption.
Edit: Sorry, you want to run this: CHKDSK /R /F
It wouldnt hurt to run the above commands though, just in case.

    Hi,

Uploaded Memory file to Gdrive here

I ran the code snippets and it all looked good. Chkdsk will be run on next reboot (after work)

The OS is on an SSD RAID0 2x Samsung 250GB 840 Series.

sorry first time with sharing through Gdrive without naming users

Looking under settings I see Prevent viewers from downloading is *not* checked. Where else can I give you permission? Usually I just add email addresses

Should I test one stick at a time? That's how I use to do it as I did find it gave me different results - I'm not sure if that has been corrected in recent iterations of memtest?

Yes, one stick at the time and test each slot with each stick to be 100% sure.
