Hi Paulbray ^_^,

Really sorry for so long. I had extremely bad internet for the past few days. I have analysed your dump files and below has been provided an analysis of the same for informative purposes :-

The Kernel Streaming Driver is causing the trouble but since it is a Windows Driver, chance of it being at fault is really less.
Kindly follow the below steps -

  1. Please update your Integrated Camera Driver's Firmware from this link - Product Support | Dell US
  2. Please update your Windows using Windows Update. Note that it might take multiple visits to get all the updates.
  3. Kindly check your RAM by following the guide - RAM - Test with Memtest86+ - Windows 7 Help Forums

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Also, with your next post, kindly upload a freshly generated ZIP file using the Diagnostic Tool.

Once again, sorry for such a long delay in response.
-Pranav

Sorry Pranav, I forgot about this thread, my apologies.

Are you using headphones or any other sound device?

Your other crashes could be related to failing RAM, although this dump appears to be a driver bug.

Code:
2: kd> lmvm stwrt64
start end module name

Most likely your audio driver for your sound device, update it from the manufacturer's website.
Without a Kernel/Complete memory dump, it's hard to say what was going off during the system service, and whether the thread did enter a guarded region and not re-enable the APCs.
Given that it's already happened, and you have ore recent dumps, we cannot get that file.
