No blue screen, just a crash like a loss of electricity

I own a new pc from august 2014, and the problem is: as I set RAM speed higher than 13,33x, or enable XMP settings for 1866mhz, it crash, like a loss of electricity, black screen and then it restarts going in the bios direclty telling me that some settings are not compatible (also when all at default)

All the components are new (august 2014), RAM Corsair Vengeance blue XMP 1.3 1,866mhz 1,5v, PSU is Enermax Platimax 750W and the motherboard is a Z97X-SOC.

Starting to think that the problem is ram related, I tried fixing the timings and frequency from the XMP profile, but again it crash.
Nowdays I'm using 1 module out of 2 and didn't see a crash yet, only when going on XMP.
In the sistem viewer I got this:

Hi RedTea & Welcome to the forums ^_^,

Kindly make sure that the RAM you are using is supported by the Motherboard. Also, what is the stock setting of the RAM Timing for your motherboard?
Have you tested the RAM modules using Memtest (Thanks usasma)?
Memory Diagnostics

Are you getting the crashes if you reset everything to STOCK settings by resetting the BIOS Settings to Default Settings?

Hey blueelvis! Thanks!
Sadly I just checked out my motherboard memory support list, and cmy8gx3m2a1866 didn't show up, just some others similar, like CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9. I didn't count this as a problem, since the shop told me that the ram module is just fine when I asked him if he noticed any compatibility issues, before buying the pc.

Default memory timings at stock frequency it's 9-9-9-24-200-1t.

Gotta say that also when switching all at default it used to crash, very few times, strange thing.

Sorry for my rusty english

Hi Redtea ^_^,

Don't worry. Your English is pretty good ;)

Reset the BIOS to stock settings and set the RAM settings to Default timings on both the RAM sticks. Also, what was the result of the Memtest which I suggested you to run in my previous post?

Hey there!
Yeah the problem is that also at default it crashes (less often but it does). Memtest always passed since the first day. Probably I will fix it soon sending them to RMA and get a certified pair.
Thanks!

Hi Redtea ^_^,

Could you please perform the below steps from Step 7?

Post back the results.
