attempted execute of noexecute memory

So I deleted some folders in %appdata% and my computer desktop started to go black wherever I clicked. I went to reinstall windows and it wouldn't let me. So I tried re-installing windows using the recovery disk they gave me. About halfway through the process I get this error message. ATTEMPTED EXECUTE OF NOEXECUTE MEMORY. Please help guys I'm literally shaking so bad and don't know what to do this computer cost me so much money. *Is this fixable? Someone said its a ram problem after running memtest.

It's RAM. Replace it, and you should be able to run Windows again. Nice rig, btw :D
