I have a brand new clean install of windows 8.1 64 bit pro.
I have corrupt system files and it's causing several BSODs.
So far the list is:
Ntfs_File_System
Bad_Pool_Header
Critical_Structure_Corruption
System_Service_Exception
Pfn_List_Corrupt

I've run dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth several times with restarts. It always says that it found and fixed a problem with the store component.

I also ran sfc /scannow I'll add the log for that.

I can't seem to get the file attachment to work, so here's a link to the file.
CBS.log

Thanks in advance, and please let me know if I need to give more information

Edit: new BSOD added:
Irql_Not_Less_or_Equal

If you would like your CBS log analyzed, please post over in the Windows Updates and Activation forum: http://www.eightforums.com/windows-updates-activation/

FWIW - the upload site that you have chosen is excruciatingly slow, I'd suggest using SkyDrive/OneDrive, GoogleDrive, or DropBox for your uploads if you can't upload to here. FYI - most upload problems here can be solved by zipping up the files (so that you're uploading a file with a .zip extension).

And, once I finished uploading it, it seems to have frozen the program that I use to view it (Notepad).

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum):

Solution

Everything I ran across wasn't working, so I thought I'd post my solution on here in order to help the internet.

http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9830262
This is the Windows Update Diagnostic Tool. I used this to repair the damage that was done to my updates since even refreshing wasn't fixing my issues. This finally allowed Sfc /scannow to repair issues, which ultimately let Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth to fix the remaining issues after a few run-throughs.

Now at this point in time I haven't run into anymore BOSDs and both Sfc and DISM are coming up clean.

Hope this helps

From what I've seen, your problems are either hardware or are due to AMD Overdrive.

Start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

Here's the way to deal with AMD Overdrive:
AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.
NOTE: these symptoms were from the previous release of OverDrive. The new release uses the same driver name, but is dated from 4 November 2013.
Please un-install all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Un-install a program
Then, download (but DO NOT install) a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD (in the upper right corner of the page)
Use this procedure to install the DRIVER ONLY: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure - Sysnative Forums

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Un-install". Reboot for changes to take affect.
Sometimes the driver remains and continues to cause BSOD's. If this is the case for you, post back and we'll give further instructions for safely removing it.

If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking.
