I just bought new notebook yesterday, Acer Aspire E11 - ES1-111-CU54.. Win 8.1 x64..
I've updated the BIOS (1.08 to 1.10) but still no change.
I also tried to install the 63 important updates from Windows, but everytime I did, it crashed.. Blue Screen appeared "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR".
It always crashed when I moved files from flashdisk, updated drive & windows (it's always failed).
I don't know what I should do next..

If it's returnable, go ahead and return it for a new one.
The STOP 0x124 error (WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR) is most often a hardware problem.
I did note that the system had a BSOD on 16 October 2014 - which is presumably before you got it.
And, all of the errors (20 of them) are STOP 0x124 errors.
FWIW - my concern is that the analysis will take more time than you have to return it.

If you have a few days, you may want to restore/reset the system to factory default and see if that helps.

Here's my analysis:

Only 21 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 100 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Don't worry about the specific number, it's just important that you have checked and installed any updates that were available (and didn't experience any errors).

There is no mention of an external USB networking device in the systeminfo report - but there is a driver for one present in the memory dump (Product Type HUAWEI Mobile Connect - 3G Network Card). These devices have known issues with Win8 and 8.1 Be sure, if there is one, that it's got the latest, Win8.1 compatible drivers.

Really? Is this really hardware problem?
Yesterday, I went to one of ASP (Authorized Services Point) Acer, and they said that this is software problem, because all I have do is re-installing the OS.
The bad thing was my notebook was going well after they re-installed the OS. But, showed blue screen again after I came back home. So, I couldn't prove that the problem (maybe) isn't solved by only reinstalling the OS.

There's 64 available updates, but it's really struggled.. because it takes a long time.. and before it's updated, the notebook sometimes shows blue screen again. It's so frustrating, really.

I'll be patient while updating this lovely notebook.. Wish me to be succeed..

Since, the computer is new, you can ship it back to Acer for a free repair. My Acer Aspire desktop with Windows 8.1 had a sleep issue that I couldn't get resolved on my own. So, it was recommended that I contact Acer for a free repair. It didn't take long at all for repair. They said they soft loaded my hard drive, and reset everything. But, when I did that it didn't work. So, what they did to fix my computer remains a mystery.

But, yes I would contact Acer if I were you and ask for a repair.

I agree with williamsjesse17. But, if you're still not able to return it for service/warranty repair, then we'll continue to try and help here.

As you have an Acer ASP that is accessible - check with them to see what else can be done. Be very specific about when/how the error occurs. The more information that you can provide, the easier it will be for them to fix it. It's my opinion that this is most likely a hardware problem - but that does not mean that it definitely is. We'll have to do diagnostics, tests, and gather reports/information to reach that conclusion.

Here's my suggestions:
The first suspect is the Windows Updates.
If you finish them and the system still BSOD's (likely IMO), then the next suspect is the HUAWEI Mobile Connect - 3G Network Card

The easiest thing here is to remove the card and uninstall it's software. Then test to see if the BSOD's return. Yes it will be difficult without the internet connection - but testing will only take a short time (I hope).

If that stops the BSOD's, then you'll know that the HUAWEI Mobile Connect - 3G Network Card is to blame.
If not, then we'll have to try other things - but will need the memory dumps in order to proceed.
To upload the memory dumps:
- go to C:\Windows\Minidump
- zip up the contents of that folder (you may have to copy it to your desktop in order to zip it up)
- upload the zip file with your next post.
