I was really hoping that we had solved things with that scan, but watching youtube videos still results in a crash. I have attached the latest logs.

I have Java 7 Update 60 (64-bit) installed. I do not have Flash installed, since it is already integrated with IE11 and Chrome.

Chrome Flash = Adobe Flash Player(2 files)- Version: 16.0.0.235
    IE Flash = Version:16.0.0.235

Changing Java didn't work. The issue seems isolated to Chrome. I basically stopped using that browser and went back to IE, and haven't had a crash since. Not sure what the issue is but I can live without Chrome so this can be marked as resolved.

You’re experiencing this problem due to conflicts between different browser objects and components. Ad-filters, extensions, sandbox feature, cache contents might be not working. Below are outlined solutions to fix constant Chrome crashes.

Clear Cache Contents and Temp Files:
    1. Click Wrench, select Tools | Clear browsing data.
    2. A new page would open.
    3. Choose “The beginning of time” from the drop down control.
    4. Make sure that all checkboxes are checked-up.
    5. Click “Clear browsing data” button.

    Download Windows Updates:
    1. Click Start button.
    2. Type “Windows Update” in the Search Box.
    3. Press ENTER.
    4. Click “Check for Updates” button.
    5. Download and install all new updates found.

If you are having an issue with Flash player in Google Chrome, try these troubleshooting steps:

    1. Go to chrome://plugins and check "Always allowed" under the Flash plugin.
    2. If you have more than one Flash plugin installed, please disable one version by going to chrome://plugins, click on "Details" in the upper right corner, and "Disable" under one of the two Flash plugins.
    3. Load the YouTube content in Incognito mode to see if there is any improvement.
    4. The YouTube HTML5 Player is the default for playing videos on YouTube in Chrome. Visit the YouTube HTML5 Video Player webpage to check if the YouTube HTML5 Player is enabled in your web browser.
    5. Try to reset your Chrome browser settings.
