Hi,

Lately I've been getting random BSODs all of them DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION, usually after I put the lid down on my laptop(Sony Vaio Pro 13" 2013) to put it to sleep/hibernation it BSODs.

These devices are disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?
Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) 4.0 + HS Adapter USB\VID_8087&PID_07DC\5&1B292275&0&6 This device is disabled.
HID-compliant touch screen HID\VID_0EEF&PID_A108&COL01\6&2F153F61&0&0000 This device is disabled.
Please re-enable the devices and the update their drivers - feel free to disable them again AFTER updating the drivers.

Please remove (uninstall) the Western Digital software. It's driver - wdcsam64.sys - dates from 2008 and is a known cause of BSOD's on some Windows systems.

The memory dumps blame NETwbw02.sys - a driver for your wireless networking.
Please:
- download a fresh copy of the latest, Win8.1 compatible wireless drivers from the Sony website
- uninstall the current wireless drivers from your system
- install the freshly downloaded drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's (as this occurs during sleep/hibernation - be sure to go in and out of sleep/hibernation several times)

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

tap0901.sys Thu Nov 24 13:50:27 2011 (4ECE91F3)
TAP-Win32 Adapter V9 or[br]OpenVPN driver or COMODO
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=tap0901.sys

semav6thermal64ro.sys Wed Dec 28 15:17:03 2011 (4EFB793F)
Sony SEMA Thermal Input driver[br](part of VAIO Care)
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=semav6thermal64ro.sys

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

The drivers that are [DEL]struckout[/DEL] don't have updates available (AFAIK).
DO NOT delete them, just leave them be.
