Where would I find these drivers (on my computer) to update? Do I just follow the link you provided and install that file? And, what do you mean 'rename' them? Sorry... I'm kinda tech savvy, but not on debugging and such.

Just an update. I ended up just uninstalling the CyberLink Essentials Suite since I'll never use it. I also disabled the NVstream program since I'll never use that, either. I performed the Disk Check with no errors. I ran the SFC /scannow and it had errors that weren't able to be repaired. I didn't have enough time to run it a few more times to see if it could fix the errors over multiple passes. I'll try that tonight. I'll also try the MEMTEST as well... Wish me luck!!

Ya'll are a true God send!! I have not had a BSOD since the night of 12/16/2014. I never had to run the MEMTEST 86+, but did have errors on the SFC/ scannow even after running it about 4-5 times. My drive check was clean on the first run, though. I believe deleting the Cyberlink Essentials Suite and disabling the NVSTREAM.exe has fixed my issue... Thank you SOOOO very much!

Thanks, softwaremaniac! Just a quick update on the remaining errors found during the SFC /scannow process. It was due to the prncacla.inf file having an issue, so I found a program SFCFix.exe that was created to fix this corrupt file. I ran that program and received a message the the file was fixed. I then ran SFC /scannow again and received the '100%' clear message. YIPEE! We can mark this as SOLVED! Happy Holidays, indeed! =)

Well guys, after almost 7 days without a BSOD, I just recieved one due to the ntkrnlmp.exe file. I'm attaching my dump zip file for your review. I'm not sure what to do now... I may end up shipping this PC back and getting another.... UGH!
