Update your nvidia driver to the latest version. There was a new one released yesterday. The crashed blamed the driver. Does the crash by any chance happen when surfing?

I'll update the driver. Yes, it occurred while watching a video on Chrome. Once it crashed and restarted, I went back to the same video and it crashed again. It didn't restart that time and no dump file was created.

My graphics driver has been updated. Should I re-enable Driver Verifier? Or wait on another BSOD or crash without it? I'm so tired of this PC doing this. Thank GOODNESS for you all here!!

Well, that BSOD didn't take too long... It's an internal power failure. I've attached my current log for review.

Could you please check your add-ons, extensions and hardware acceleration settings within all your browsers. Some of those can cause BSODs. Also check your BIOS settings: BSOD on sleep - INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR - Blue Screen - Windows 7
And test your HDD with HD Tune if you have an SSD test it with its utility and SSD Life. What's your full configuration? Age, wattage and model of the PSU please? Also, If you haven't, re-enable driver verifier. This could still be a driver problem.

Ok, softwaremaniac. I'm running the HD Tune program to test for any errors. I don't have a SSD, so I'm good there. Once the test is complete, I'll double check my BIOS settings for shutdown. Just to clarify, I need to set it up as S4 once in BIOS? Then, I'll re-activate Driver Verifier. I really thought I had everything fixed, but maybe I just got a lemon of a PC. The specs you've requested are below:

Computer is less than 1 month old (purchased just after Thanksgiving 2014),but was built in September 2014.
It's a 460W PSU, but I can't get the manufacturer without opening up the tower and I don't want to do that since it will void my return policy. I researched online and a Dell tech said it's a Delta Electronics PSU.

I wasn't even able to get HD Tune to complete without another BSOD (while verifier was enabled.) I've attached a new log.

And it crashed again... =( No dump file was created, though. Should I keep verifier running. It seems to crash every 10-15 minutes no matter what I'm doing.

And again. No dump. I'm disabling verifier for now....

You have to open your case, because it just might be the PSU if it's some cheap no name PSU then all of your components are at risk, please DO CHECK! What is your configuration? Please list each and every component! Use Speccy to check your temperatures and please post a screenshot.
