INACCESIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE BSOD Windows 8.1 Dell

my dell inspiron 3537 is crashing into INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE bsod everytime i boot it up. Its shows the bsod screen and automatically reboots, repeating over and over again. this happened after i tried to remove the amd graphics card drivers and rebooted. the BIOS setup is successfully identifying the hard drive and ePSA diagnostics shows no error whatsoever. i am unable to access windows recovery using Shift + F8 nor do i have the windows recovery image or anything like that. AHCI setting or UEFI secure boot didn't help either. please help me with some no-data-loss solution.
