Your English is just fine. If you are using a disk cleaner (such as CCleaner) please stop using it until we're done troubleshooting (it deletes some of the files/reports that we need).

Only 86 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 100 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Don't worry about the specific number, it's just important that you have checked and installed any updates that were available (and didn't experience any errors).

Many, many Live Kernel Events in the WER section of MSINFO32. Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

FYI - If we're looking for Event ID 41 errors (unexplained shutdowns), there's more info on that here: Windows Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, or Windows Server 2008 R2

While waiting for a reply, please monitor your temps with this free utility: HWMonitor CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting

Please uninstall Gigabyte EasySaver (the gdrv.sys driver) and EasyTune (if installed). They are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.

The memory dump blames your AMD video drivers. When looking at this in combination with the Live Kernel Events, I wonder about problems (such as overheating) with your video card:
1) Please check the video card to be sure that the cooler on the card is free of dust/dirt/etc, that the fan is working, and that any connections are firmly seated.
2) Run the video stress tests listed in the hardware diagnostics link I gave above. Let us know the results (also run the other tests as the problem could be in other components).

I'm seeing a lot of disk errors in the Admin event log.
Please run these free diagnostics (starting with the disk/hard drive tests): Hardware Diagnostics
Hard drive diag is located here: Hardware Diagnostics - Hard Drive tests (if you can't run the bootable test, then try the Seagate SeaTools for Windows).

You'll also find the video tests (2 of them) on that page. Here's the links to them:
Hardware Diagnostics - Furmark
Hardware Diagnostics - More video tests

No signs of overheating in the HWMonitor report - that's good!

I haven't seen any problems with Silverlight - please install it.

hey men thanks for your help
I ran memory test and everything is ok
my hard drive is seagate st1000dm003-1er162 hdd so I ran seatools dos or something like that and he wont recognize my hard drive
but the worst part is when I run the furmark video test. everything seems fine no overheating but just when the test was about to finish my pc freezes and I got dpc watchdog violation bsod. this specific bsod stock on 0% and wont restart my pc so I had to turn off my pc by holding the power button and that's why there isn't new dump files from the new bsod
if u know what happening please help me thanks!

Run the Seatools for Windows test from within Windows.
The BSOD could be from the Furmark test, or it could be from other problems.

If you pass the Seatools for Windows test on your hard drive - then I'd suspect the video card
If you don't pass the Seatools for Windows test - then I'd suspect the hard drive.

I had tasted my hard drive with hd tune pro and everything good the question is is this accurate software?

HD Tune is a good program (IMO), but I'm more familiar with Seatools - so I prefer it because of that.
