This is a brand new laptop (MSI GT72), yet I have got 4 BSOD's page fault in nonpaged area (on a cold start only!!!)..

All caused by adress ntoskrnl.exe+1509a0.

I would like some tips how to resolve this.

You can find the dumps in the attachments!

Nobody has any clue? I still have this problem..

It's weird cause it only happens when cold booting, makes me think one of the drivers isn't working properly, but I don't know which one or if I'm right..

I just checked the drivers and I see there's a problem with bitdefender ACV HC.. Can this be the problem? I just turned it off and I'll wait untill I see more problems or a solution.

When you have BSOD's that follow a reinstall of Windows, it's most often due to hardware problems (but we still have to rule out other, low-level problems, as they are possible also). Depending on how you did the reinstall, and what devices are attached will also affect the diagnostic procedures (try the stuff I mentioned about the mouse first).
Please start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

I'll analyze your previous uploads now, but we'll need a set of the uploads from the newly installed system (just to be sure).
Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum):
http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cra...e-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

From the old system:

This device isn't working:
BitDefender AVC HV ROOT\SYSTEM\0003 This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
I'd suggest uninstalling BitDefender and reinstalling it. BUT, as this is a problem with the antivirus, I'd suggest running several free, independent virus scans. Here's an older list that I developed a while ago (some of them may not work with Win8, so keep on trying until you get a couple that work for you): Free Online AntiMalware Resources - viruses could still be present even after reinstalling Windows.

What sort of external mouse do you use? I see evidence of a Mad Catz R.A.T.M Wireless Mouse in the Blue Screen events that are noted in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report (the memory dumps also blame it). I'd suggest removing the mouse (and it's USB dongle) from the system and uninstalling the software in order to test it.

Should you decide (after the system has been stabilized) to reinstall the Mad Catz mouse, please know that the drivers date from early 2013 (before Win8.1 was released) and there could be compatibility issues with it.:

_hid_0738_1710.sys Tue May 14 12:39:10 2013 (519268AE)

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

There is no MSINFO32 report in the most recent reports.
Please do this:
MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "msinfo32 /nfo %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

Both memory dumps still blame the RAT M mouse.

Be sure that you visit the MSI support site and get ALL of the latest drivers for your devices. The MSI Dragoon Gaming Center has a driver (winio64.sys) that dates from 2010

Also, MSI Afterburner (along with Riva Tuner and EVGA Precision) is known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys, but it also uses NTIOLib_X64.sys). Please un-install them immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

Thank you very much for everything, I can't find a new driver for the RAT M mouse.. does that mean I have to stop using it? Also I tried to update drivers for the dragon center and afterburner, can I check If I still have to delete them somehow?

The info in attachment!

Haven't had a BSOD now in 2 days, but sometimes it just come back..

Thx!

Stop using the RAT M mouse for a short time (and uninstall it's software). If the BSOD's continue, then it wasn't to blame (and you can reinstall it). I suspect that the BSOD's will stop when you uninstall the RAT M mouse - and as such you'll have to decide if it's worth the trouble if you reinstall it.

Uninstall Afterburner - even if it's updated, it's still known to cause BSOD's.

We'll try uninstalling the Dragon Center if the other things don't work.

Lot's of Windows Updates failures in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report. If the problems continue, please post over in the http://www.eightforums.com/windows-updates-activation/ for further expert assistance with this issue.
