Hi everyone,

Recently updated my hard drive as the last one was failing and used a factory recovery disc to restore my computer (Alienware 17) to the original state. Currently running Windows 8.1.

My computer runs fine it is only if I let it go into sleep mode that I get the Blue Screen.

If anyone could help me to figure out what is going on that would be amazing

Thank youView attachment 54747

Hi Carme & Welcome to the forums ^_^,

I have analysed your dump files and below has been provided an analysis of the same for informative purposes :-
Let's check the stack of the dump files to see if we can see any culprit -
Code:

And we have the Intel Rapid Storage Driver causing the BSOD. This driver caused lots of BSODs sometime back.
My friend Patrick has written a really nice Guide on the proper removal of this driver. Kindly follow the below guide to remove the Intel Rapid Storage -
Uninstalling the Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology driver - Microsoft Community

Let me know how it goes ^_^
