Random BSOD on Windows 8.1 BAD_POOL_HEADER

Hi, I have been experiencing random BSOD's for a while now, they mostly happen while I'm coding in Visual Studio or while I'm watching a video on YouTube.
I have experienced BSOD's before and every time I think I have fixed or diagnosed the problem the BSOD's just comes back within a few days.
I have run the SF Debug Tool and have attached the file it created in this post.

According to the dump files, you are getting random blue screens. This is generally seen in the case of a hardware problem or a low level driver problem.
Kindly remove any ASUS Bloatware installed on the system. I have highlighted a driver in RED "AsIO.sys" in the above list, kindly do a manual system wide search and rename the driver to "AsIO.bak" .
Update the rest of the highlighted drivers as well.

If the problem is still not solved, then kindly follow the below Hardware Diagnostics (thanks usasma) and post back the result. Run the Memtest first since I suspect that is causing problem here -

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Thanks for the reply, I don't have any ASUS bloatware installed on my PC. I did rename AsIO.sys to AsIO.bak and updated the Logitech Gaming Software and the Marvel Controller Drivers.
I will run Memtest overnight and let you know the results of that.

I ran Memtest overnight for about 24 hours with 8 passes and no errors. I have had more recent BSOD's and a Nividia Driver Crash.

Unfortunately I am still having issues with BSOD's. I have followed the instructions for the removal of the IRST driver and I am still having issues. I have also re-installed the Marvell driver since that is the only one available on the ASUS website. I have attached diagnostic file in this post.

P.S. Should I completely remove the IRST driver i.e from control panel or just follow the instructions given here http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/w...0-89843c9d9b22 because they haven't worked for me.
