BSOD Coming out of sleep/hibernate

Firstly some context. I had Windows 7 Pro that came with my laptop, upgraded to Windows 8 sometime last year after its release, but kept getting BSOD error when coming out of sleep/hibernate. After much effort on trying to fix, trying things I saw on these forums and other places, nothing helped, and after one too many crashes, I decided to use the restore feature that came with my laptop to restore to factory settings. I went back to Win7 Pro and had no problems, everything went fine. Recently I found my old Windows 8 installer disk and decided to try again, did a clean install, installed all updates to date, getting same error as before, BSOD Kernel Data Inpage Error on wake from sleep/hibernate EVERY time.
I ran sfc.exe /scannow, no issues
Used Windows Memory Diagnostic, no issues
Used Chkdsk, no issues (trying again just to be sure)
Used driver reviver to update all drivers, so everything should be in order on that end.
Dumps attached
Thanks for the help in advance

In most of the dump files, the error is stated as Error with Disk Hardware. But, I wonder if your drive is really bad because you are only experiencing the issue in Windows 8.
I have highlighted a driver in RED which is the AMD's Driver for your IDE port and is responsible for handling your Hard Disk Connections. It is outdated and I would suggest you to update this at once. Try finding an update at HP Support and if no driver update is present at HP's support page then kindly check AMD's website.

Kindly do not use any 3rd party driver updater/installer. I repeat, kindly do not install/use any kind of driver updater as they are not trustworthy and it is always best to get the Drivers straight from the manufacturers.

Update the drivers which are underlined as well.
Also, your BIOS dates back to 2012, see if you are able to find any update to the BIOS. Kindly DO NOT UPDATE THE BIOS as of now since even a small mistake can make your system dead-weight.

Make sure you have downloaded all of the updates (Even the optional ones) which are available in the Windows Update. Note that it might take several trips to get all the updates.

If the issue is still not solved, then kindly remove Avast using this **TOOL** till the time we are troubleshooting :)

Let me know how it goes ^_^.

Thanks for the welcome, and thanks for the help! I dont think its the hardware as well, because the issue is only present with Windows 8 on my system.
The first thing I did was remove my 3rd party driver installer
Then I made multiple trips and got all windows updates, including the optional ones
I've installed all the latest drivers for my laptop direcly from HP's website, so I believe everything should be in order on that front, but I'll check again to make sure theyre all up to date.
I removed avast finally, ran one final windows update check and found nothing, so i went into sleep mode and hibernation, got the same BSOD on waking from both, logs included below.
I was wondering if the size of my hard disk may have a part to play in it, as in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c7jSBAkV6vg
Just a thought. Thanks for the help again

Your UEFI/BIOS dates from 2012. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the UEFI/BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard. If possible, use the "inside Windows" flash mechanism (if your OEM provides one) - that is much more forgiving than the traditional (floppy drive) flash method.

Only 72 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 100 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Don't worry about the specific number, it's just important that you have checked and installed any updates that were available (and didn't experience any errors).

Most of the errors point to a hardware problem with the disk hardware. Please run these free hardware diagnostics (starting with the hard drive tests): Hardware Diagnostics
Please note that STOP 0x7A errors have a high likelihood of being a hardware problem ( BugCheck Info: KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a) ) See the "Usual Causes" section of this page.

AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.
NOTE: these symptoms were from the previous release of OverDrive. The new release uses the same driver name, but is dated from 4 November 2013.
Please un-install all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Un-install a program
Then, download (but DO NOT install) a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD (in the upper right corner of the page)
Use this procedure to install the DRIVER ONLY: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure - Sysnative Forums

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Un-install". Reboot for changes to take affect.
Sometimes the driver remains and continues to cause BSOD's. If this is the case for you, post back and we'll give further instructions for safely removing it.

If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking.

View attachment 55383Thanks for the help. Since the first reply to this post Ive been checking multiple times a day for all updates, including optional ones, and all that I have is all that are available to download.
I removed the problematic driver and I'm still getting the error, I havent reinstalled it just in case it might become a pain in the future.
Running tests over the next few days, will be sure to reply when theyre all done.
Thanks again for the help
