BSOD Bad Pool Caller and Kmode Exception Not Handled

I was having BSOD issues and did a clean install of windows 8. Now I am still having the same issues, but they are more frequent. I thought it might be Avast, so I removed that and am running Win Defender now. Same issues. Graphics and network cards both updated with latest driver from AMD and Ralink. Not sure where to go from here. HP Sleekbook 6 with Win 8. I've attached my logs. Thank you!

Edit: I thought it might have been a win update as well, and I rolled one back. It was an optional one, around 700mb, but am still having the same issues.

So I am assuming that the appexdrv.sys has something to do with AMD Quick Stream? I download Quick Stream, and saw that it updated that driver to one from October. I then uninstalled Quick Stream, and that driver was removed from my system. I have never had Quick Stream on my pc until this afternoon, so why would that driver be on here in the first place if Quick Stream was never installed?

Yes. It usually gets installed along with the drivers, but causes problems, as you can see. Please inform me if BSODs reccur.
