i have some problem here. my laptop frequently blue screen when i watch streaming video. can i know what causes this blue screen happen and how to fix it. my OS is window 8.1.

Your UEFI/BIOS dates from 2009. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the UEFI/BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard. If possible, use the "inside Windows" flash mechanism (if your OEM provides one) - that is much more forgiving than the traditional (floppy drive) flash method.

C: drive only has about 9% free space. Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance. Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty)

These drivers aren't installed:
PS/2 Compatible Mouse ACPI\SYN1B02\4&1721A7F7&0 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
Coprocessor PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0753&SUBSYS_014A1025&REV_A2\3&2411E6FE&0&0B The drivers for this device are not installed.

Please download and install the latest, Win8.1 compatible drivers for the mouse/touchpad and the chipset drivers.

Another problem is the drivers for the WAN card that you are using - they are very outdated and must be updated to the latest, Win8.1 compatible version immediately! Also update your wired and wireless drivers - even if you're not using these devices (as the drivers are loading anyway).

Finally, update the video drivers from the Acer website - yours date from before Win8.1 was released - and there have been some problems with Win8 video drivers on Win8.1 systems.

All of the memory dumps were STOP 0x124 errors (WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR). This error code is usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- dirt/dust/hair/fur/crud inside the case. Blow out the case/vents with canned air (DO NOT use an air compressor or vacuum as they can cause damage to the system)
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers), older systems, or even pirated systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

Please get a head start on the hardware diagnostics - they are located here: Hardware Diagnostics

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

    Touchscreen on laptop/32" Toshiba on HDMI (laid the Sharp TV on a mouse and cracked the screen!)
