Annnnnnnd, just like that. After 48 hours plugged into the hub and no problems, boom! BSOD.

Attached are new logs. Please note I updated the DisplayLink driver after the 2nd crash on 12/3. The first crash was Intel graphics driver related.

    What's next?

Dump file is inconclusive. Please enable driver verifier and wait for another crash to happen.

    Ok, I'll do that.

Before I run it though, I've not been able to boot this machine in safe mode and/or UEFI on restart - F8, ESC, etc don't work. Just want to make sure I can get back into Windows if DV causes BSODs before Windows loads. Any help figuring out how to bypass the Asus or Windows 8.1 set-up that prevents that would be appreciated.

Ok, thanks. I created a restore point and a recovery drive as well. I don't have a drive large enough (16GB) to put the recovery partition on, so I unchecked that when I made the recovery drive. Hopefully good enough.

There is an additional screen in the driver verifier menu that is not mentioned in that thread. It's between select settings and select drivers. What settings should I be using here?

actually disregard the above - there were two low resource simulation settings (systematic and randomized) and i had left one checked accidentally.

Verifier has been running for almost 24 hours. No BSODs, however I'm getting a lot of windows application "unresponsive" messages. Assume that is normal drag due to Verifier running.

However it's been really bad with Shockwave going unresponsive in both Firefox and Chrome. Hangs repeatedly on pages with Flash content, then Shockwave crashes the page. Sometimes the browser also crashes.

I was having this problem occasionally, but it's so bad now it's making it hard for me to use the machine under normal conditions to force a BSOD to occur. For work, I need to have a lot of tabs open and am frequently on pages with Flash content. I'll pretend I'm having a normal work day today and see if I can get it to crash. By Monday though I may have to turn it off if we haven't had a crash so I can actually get stuff done.

Yes. If no BSODs occur within 24 h, it's safe to turn it off. It causes lag, yes.

Hello. Over the past 18 days since I've had Windows 8 installed, I've been getting multiple BSODs at random with ntosknrl.exe being the root cause, and it's been driving me crazy trying to figure out why. I've attached a .rar of the SF tool files. Any help would be appreciated.
