Solved Repeated BSOD "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL hal.dll"

Welcome
getting straight to the point, from the moment i install Windows 8.1: BSOB I repeated IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

When the error retry again restored the system, I bought a different SSD on installed Windows.
I'm start a hardware update, currently is in this state:

Windows 8.1 x64
990-Gigabit fxa-UD3
AMD FX 9590
12252mb framework
geforce 9800 gt Nivid

I did a test on the hard drives. PASS
I did a test ram. PASS

Full Update for Windows.
Full update for drivers.

so i copy "nvlddmkm.sy_" and insert to "C:\Windows\System32\drivers" and change name to "nvlddmkm.sys", ask for change to .sys

now waiting for BSOD?

any way, you know what it is white usb ?
