You can leave it on. Have you got a spare card to test with?

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

Just because it passed the stress test doesn't mean that the GPU is 100% free of problems.
Can you try another GPU? If you don't have one, maybe you can purchase one from a shop that will allow you to return it if it's not needed (and get your money back)?

You could also try the other video tests here: Hardware Diagnostics

The BSOD's don't always point to the exact problem - so some of this is straight science, while some is just experienced guess-work.

I haven't seen many issues with TurboBoost - so I'd leave it alone for now.

It does look like a driver related issue, especially since DV stops the issue.

    Code:

Do you have any external devices connected to the PC?
The DeviceAPI is used to connect devices to the Windows Store apps. They use restricted APIs, rather than the win32api for communication. The Device Access API then communicates with the custom device driver.
You seem to be using Samsung Kies, what exactly for?

I don't believe this is a full memory dump, but rather a Kernel memory dump.
Can you set your options to create a full memory dump, we can then check the worker threads to see what is happening, I'm positive we're seeing a deadlock occurring.

    Go the Start
    Right click My Computer
    Select Properties
    Click Advanced system settings
    Click on the Advanced tab
Select Settings under Startup and Recovery
Then under Write debugging information select Complete memory dump.

Once a dump is created go to:

    C:\Windows\memory.dmp

Copy the file to the desktop, zip it up and upload it to a file sharing site like Onedrive. After the upload is done post the download link in your next reply.

Mysers, how did you manage to pin point that IRP? The WinDBG was crashing when using !irpfind on this dump.

Ok, I set the memory dump to complete. I have a USB flash drive i'm using for Readyboost, and my Samsung Galaxy S3, which is what I used Samsung Kies for. Did you want me to get rid of Samsung Kies?
I also used to have a USB Bluetooth antenna but I removed it to see if that was the problem.

It might be worth testing, I would try it.
Upload any new complete memory dumps.

I'll remove Samsung Kies then. I haven't crashed yet; it usually crashes once a week, and i'm not sure of any ways to "expedite" another crash. Sorry, misread that.

So far, no crashes. I've also upgraded to Windows 8.1, and i'll give the computer another week or so before marking as solved.
