Hello,
I just bought this new laptop and I've been having the BSOD randomly when playing games. Most of the time I manage to play with no problem but sometimes it crashes in the first 2 mins of playing. Chances of this happening after waking from sleep is higher.
Not sure if this is related to the same issue but I'm gonna mention it anyways. When waking up from sleep 'sometimes' laptop becomes laggy also opened windows and the desktop can't be active meaning every time I click on them to activate, it inactivates itself immediately. I have to log off and log on back again.
What I did:
I updated Nvidia driver from Dell.com. File downloaded: 9530_Video_Driver_1M2M4_WN_9.18.13.3235_A03.EXE
Problem still persists so I updated to the latest version from NVIDIA DRIVERS GeForce Game Ready Driver WHQL
Unfortunately problem still persists.
I uninstalled wireless drivers and restarted to let Windows reinstall them. This worked for someone here. It did work for me for 2 days but now I got the BSOD again.
Note:
Whenever I get the BSOD and laptop restarts and I start playing the game again, the wireless disconnects then reconnects after 1 min. This happens only once after I get the BSOD.
I don't know what else I could do at this point.
Any help?
