Frequent BSOD's and computer shutdowns

I have been getting plagued by these BSOD's, random crashes of applications (mostly games) and sometimes random restarts of my pc without any further errors.

These BSOD's seems to happen most often when I am playing a game, the weird thing is, sometimes I can play a game for hours on end (I even ran Unigine Valley for 12 hours one time and it ran fine), while other times unigine valley seem to crash within 30-60 minutes, give me a BSOD or a restart.

These issues seem to happen most frequently when running graphically instensive applications, but they sometimes happen outside of games as well, albeit less frequently.

I have attached the .rar file to the post, I hope that someone will be able to finally help me with this issue I have been having for months! Thanks in advance!
