Solved Random (?) BSODs after Hardware change

Hello guys,
I have a little problem.
I got new hardware:
Mainboard: Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H
CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1231 v3
Graphic Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 290 Tri-X OC
I first installed Windows 7 and had these problems, then I installed Windows 8.1 and still had them.
Random (?) BSODs and freezes. I am sure, that this is caused by hardware failure. I already tested my memory with Memtest86+ and had a huge amount of errors, but after checking if everything sits right on the mainboard they were gone on a second test, but I still think that this could be the cause of the problem (not the memory itself, more the sockets, since I had no problems with my old hardware). I will start another test later. I am clueless, that's why I am asking you. What is causing these problems?
Thank you very much, I really appreciate your help! (And sorry for bad english, since it's not my first language).
EDIT: I've installed every driver, the device manager does not show any undetected devices and right now I am installing every update (but this didn't helped on Win 7).

Please perform Hardware Diagnostics. Hardware Diagnostics I also see that there are memory errors(or RAM slot errors on the MBO itself). There is also a problem with Canonical Display Driver and win32k.sys. Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker - Windows 7 Help Forums It is advisable to reinstall Windows after replacing MBO to avoid any problems that might arise, but hold off on that for now. Perform all the test I listed and report back.

First of all, thanks!
I had no problems while running FurMark but while running Prime. I had another BSOD and after the restart immediately tested the Memory with Memtest86+ and almost instantly had errors. The Win 8.1 install is fresh, I installed it yesterday.
EDIT: I made another test with Prime and FurMark: The workers are stopping after short time and my AMD Graphics Driver crashes, then Windows crashed without a Bluescreen.

There is a lot going on here. Replace your RAM, run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker - Windows 7 Help Forums and update Intel drivers: Driver Reference Table - intelppm.sys

I forgot to mention that the the scan result was, that all files are ok. Also my RAM should be fine, I tested memory sticks on another PCs Mainboard and everything was fine. Also my Intel Driver are up to date. I am pretty sure, that this is a hardware problem of one of my new parts.

I didn't do the hard drive test, because I am sure this can't be the source of these problems: these problems also happen on a SSD.
I just tested other RAM modules and had the same problems, I am now pretty sure that the mainboard is defect. Thank you!

RMA it then and post back the result.
