Sleep mode crash upon SSD installation

Hello,
I have a Lenovo Y500 that I added an Intel SSD to. Everytime I put the laptop to sleep I get a hang and then a BSOD.
I have attached the minidump. I am confused as to what exactly is the solution as MS couldn't really help me on their forums.

Cisco AnyConnect is disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?
I'd suggest uninstalling the Cisco software. If you must keep it, then I'd suggest that you re-enable it and update it. Then feel free to disable it again.

Lot's of Windows Updates failures in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report. If the problems continue, please post over in the Windows Updates & Activation - Windows 8 Forums for further expert assistance with this issue.

Many, many errors in the WER section of MSINFO32 that are suggestive of a bad hard drive. Please run these free diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics Start with the hard drive diagnostics. If you can't boot from a disk to run the hard drive diagnostics, then try the Seagate Seatools for Windows (link is in the webpage).

There's only 2 memory dumps. If this is a hardware problem, the memory dumps are trending that way (I usually like to see 4 or 5 memory dumps before supposing a hardware problem - but the errors in MSINFO32 make that unnecessary here)
Finish up the hardware diagnostics and post the results here - we'll move on from there.

Still looks like a hardware problem - and the hard drive/SSD's are the most likely culprits still (1 of the memory dump specifically blames disk hardware).
[DEL]Can you temporarily disconnect all but the boot hard drive/ssd and the also disconnect any CD/DVD devices?
Other things to check are the cabling and the motherboard connections.[/DEL]
If it's still under warranty, I'd suggest contacting Lenovo support and discussing your options with them. Make sure to cite that the BSOD's point at disk hardware.

Make sure that you update your Bluetooth drivers - as sometimes Win8 bluetooth drivers cause BSOD's in Win8.1 systems.

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

The drivers that are [DEL]struckout[/DEL] don't have updates available (AFAIK).
DO NOT delete them, just leave them be.

Also, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
