Error 0x8000000000000002- computer shuts down suddenly

hello, i had for quite a time that my computer shuts down all of a sudden, whether im playing a game or watching a movie or just idling.
i thought it was something about the temperature, but it was not.
the problem first showed up after i upgraded my GPU card from gtx570 to gtx 770.
    Attachment 53852

up here is my BSOD file.
    hope you can help me.
    thanks!

You have 3 hard drives. What is the make/model/wattage and age of your Power Supply?

Lot's of Windows Updates failures in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report. If the problems continue, please post over in the Windows Updates & Activation - Windows 8 Forums for further expert assistance with this issue.

There are no memory dumps in the uploaded reports - nor are there any hints about them in the WER section of MSINFO32.
    Please do the following:
    - open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog))
    - expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
    - right click on Administrative Events
    - select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
    - save the file as Admin.evtx
    - zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
    - upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

While waiting for a reply, please monitor your temps with this free utility: HWMonitor CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting

There are enough signs here that I have to wonder about this installation. Should this be a pirated copy of Windows, please be aware that we may not be able to fix it (as the hacks that were done to activate it will cause the OS to behave differently than we expect it to). If that's the case, our efforts to help may just waste your time. Secondly, the forum rules prohibit assisting with pirated software - so the topic would be closed if that is the case.

Please provide the MGADiag report according to these instructions (from this post: Product Key Number - Uninstall and Deactivate in Windows - Page 3 - Windows 7 Help Forums ):
To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.

i tried to do as you told me, but i get and error when i try to save all the events in the custom vies.
the error is this: ''the system cannot find the file specific.''
besides that' i checked after my computer shuts down, my CPU temperature gets to 57+. is that a problem also?

yanov11 - usually you can click OK and still proceed with collecting the Event Viewer log file. If not, then here's some instructions on how to fix the error (if it's the one that I suspect - the DxpTaskRingtone error):
Error in Event Viewer (DxpTaskRingtone) - how to fix:
    1. Back up registry (set a System Restore point).
    2. Right click on Start.
    3. Choose 'Run'.
    4. Type "regedit" (without quotation marks)
    5. Choose 'Yes' when you're prompted by UAC.
    6. Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WINEVT\Channels\
    7. Right click on folder: Microsoft-Windows-DxpTaskRingtone/Analytic
    8. Choose 'Delete' and then 'Yes'.
    9. Close Registry Editor and restart your computer.
