My problems are detailed here :

Recurring 0x50 BSOD's regarding win32k / ntoskernal - Microsoft Community

There is links to any information needed on the OneDrive links provided in that topic

If any further information is needed on this topic please say so, easier to just post the link to whats already written... just trying to figure out what is going on. As I have been trying SEVERAL methods and reinstalls to fix it or find out what is causing this.

These blue screens literally came out of nowhere as i cannot recall what i did, and i do not have any system restores before that.

Edit : for sake of convenience, the dumps in order from the topic

If it happens before a reply ill also upload another full memory dump

after looking that has somethings that are running now compared to when that dump happened, but the only things that were likely different were hwmonitor was running now so i can keep eyes on temps , which are normal

These comments are from the last reports that you submitted and from the memory dumps on 9 and 11 November.

This device is disabled in Device Manager. Is this deliberate? If so, why?:
Audio_Device USB\VID_03F0&PID_8007&MI_02\6&34C72D39&0&0002 This device is disabled.
Please remove the device from your system if it's not needed (and uninstall it's software). If needed, then re-enable the device and update it's drivers to the latest, Win8.1 compatible version. Feel free to disable it again AFTER updating it.

There are only a few entries in the WER section of the MSINFO32 file - have you been using a cleaning program (such as CCleaner)? If so, please don't use it again until we're finished troubleshooting

Please be sure that you have ALL available Windows Updates.

MSI Afterburner (along with Riva Tuner and EVGA Precision) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys). Please un-install them immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.
NOTE: these symptoms were from the previous release of OverDrive. The new release uses the same driver name, but is dated from 4 November 2013.
Please un-install all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Un-install a program
Then, download (but DO NOT install) a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD (in the upper right corner of the page)
Use this procedure to install the DRIVER ONLY: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure - Sysnative Forums

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Un-install". Reboot for changes to take affect.
Sometimes the driver remains and continues to cause BSOD's. If this is the case for you, post back and we'll give further instructions for safely removing it.

If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking.

Remove the Western Digital software from your system - the wdcsam64.sys driver dates from 2008 and is known to cause BSOD's.
Post back if unable to remove it and I'll provide other suggestions.

You have both Windows Defender and MalwareBytes running on the system. Please uninstall MalwareBytes.
Should you choose to use MalwareBytes in the future - DO NOT ENABLE the trial for the Premium version (that's what causes it to load).

Remove the Arcsoft program - it's driver dates from 2008 and is likely not compatible w/Win8.1

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

The driver mentioned early on is the microphone for the webcam, i can't uninstall that as it would uninstall the webcam. I have a better mic and dont want the cams one to be used

A lot of stuff has been done in the topic mentioned thats on the MS Answers thing already. Ill update what i can, for a little bit more of an update from this occurence please look at the topic i gave. Though i did do the stuff mentioned here, will say if it still occurs or not.

Also malwarebytes is pro, not the trial.

I quickly reviewed the post over at the Answers forums and didn't note anything really significant.
I apologize if I repeated anything from the Answers forums - I am visually handicapped and occasionally miss things.
If you've already done the things that I suggest - then feel free to skip them.
Letting me know what you've skipped will help to reinforce those things that I missed (in my mind) - so I (hopefully) don't forget them again.

As for the microphone for the webcam - re-enable it, then make sure that it has the latest, Win8.1 compatible drivers installed, then feel free to disable it again. The drivers load before Windows disables the device, so it's essential to be sure that they're updated.

If you want to continue to use the MalwareBytes, then disable Windows Defender.
I don't think that MalwareBytes has a firewall - so it should be OK to continue to use the Windows Firewall.

If you get further BSOD's, please zip up and upload the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump folder with your next post.
