For about the last three months I have been getting this error and BSOD messages. The computer reboots automatically and may run fine for several hours or even several days. On two occasions it occurred on startup. The problem occurs at the most in-opportune times when I'm working on something.

I am attaching the files as requested:

Please understand that there are only a few BSOD analysts and we are very busy. For the past week blueelvis was away and we got very far behind. Luckily we're starting to catch up now and are able to address your issues.
For further info about this, please read this post: http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/48165-have-you-been-waiting-response.html

Your UEFI/BIOS dates from 2010. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the UEFI/BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard. If possible, use the "inside Windows" flash mechanism (if your OEM provides one) - that is much more forgiving than the traditional (floppy drive) flash method.

You have 8 hard drives (3 appear to be USB). What is the make, model, wattage, and age of your Power Supply?

There is a problem with this device in Device Manager:
Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) USB\VID_0000&PID_0002\7&23B972B3&0&7 43
Code 43 is: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems" To figure out which device it is, unplug each USB device individually and then reboot and see if the problem remains in Device Manager.

From the errors reported in the WER section of MSINFO32, I have to wonder if this is a hard drive problem. Please follow the directions here to test ALL of the hard drives: Hardware Diagnostics

MalwareBytes Chameleon is involved in many of the memory dumps - please uninstall it immediately. As there are other anti-virus products running, they may be conflicting with this (or it could be an infection doing it). Only run one antivirus and one firewall at a time.

AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.
NOTE: these symptoms were from the previous release of OverDrive. The new release uses the same driver name, but is dated from 4 November 2013.
Please un-install all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Un-install a program
Then, download (but DO NOT install) a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD (in the upper right corner of the page)
Use this procedure to install the DRIVER ONLY: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure - Sysnative Forums

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Un-install". Reboot for changes to take affect.
Sometimes the driver remains and continues to cause BSOD's. If this is the case for you, post back and we'll give further instructions for safely removing it.

If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking.

Your Acronis software is likely not compatible w/Win8.1. Check at the Acronis website for updates. If you can't update (or don't wish to purchase a compatible product), then please uninstall it - as older versions are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

The drivers that are [DEL]struckout[/DEL] don't have updates available (AFAIK).
DO NOT delete them, just leave them be.

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
