    BSOD happenning frequently recently

    Hi,

It's a new laptop and all drivers are up to date.
The BSOD occurred many times this month when I was launching games and watching videos online.
I downloaded some tools, trying to fix this, but it didn't work at all.

Please help me resolve this issue with BSOD, thanks in advance!

Sorry for the delay in responding. Do you still need help with this topic?
If so, respond and I'll be notified by email.

While waiting for a reply, please try these suggestions:
    1. Get ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips to get them all
    2. Get ALL available, Windows 8.1 compatible updates from the manufacturer's website.
    3. Start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
    4. If all of the hardware tests pass, then run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

These devices don't have drivers installed:
Not Available ROOT\NET\0000 The drivers for this device are not installed.
Not Available ROOT\NET\0001 The drivers for this device are not installed.
Most likely they are involved with some sort of networking device on your system. Please either remove the device, or install the drivers for it.

Please update your touchpad drivers to the latest, Win8.1 version

Please update your bluetooth drivers as they may date from Win8 - and some 8.1 systems have problems with bluetooth drivers from Win8

If this doesn't stop the BSOD's, then please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

The BSOD hasn't happened since I rolled back the NVIDIA driver. I guess it's a compatibility issue.
    Thanks anyway
