Crash to desktop when playing game

Hello guys, I hope I come to the right place.

As stated in the title, when I'm playing any game (e.g: NFS Most Wanted 2012, Ryse, Metro 2033 Redux) for less than 10 minutes, the games crash to desktop, usually it hang/freeze (the sound is still there) before a window saying the game stopped working appeared. If I fast enough to close the game, a pop up saying 'Display driver has stopped working...) appeared in the taskbar.

Before this, I am using Windows 7 64bit Ultimate and changed to Windows 8.1 Pro last week, to see if the problem is still there. I installed all the drivers from manufacturer website (I'm using Lenovo y410p for almost a year now) and the problem didn't disappear. I also updated to the latest GPU driver before changing it back to the one provided by the manufacturer (GPU: 750m, latest driver: GeForce 344.60, the driver I'm using: GeForce 327.62) using DDU/clean sweeper for several times but nothing changes. Hence, for a temporary solution, I used MSI Afterburner to downclock the gpu so it can run properly, although the problem is still exist. Right now, I assumed that the GPU is overheat/dust accumulated, since the max temperature the GPU can achieve is 40-50 Celsius, while before this it can go up until 80 Celsius. If the problem is really due to accumulation of dust, I will go to the Lenovo service centre since I still have the warranty.

I hope that anyone can help me to resolve this problem. I have included several files in the thread to be checked. Thanks a lot for your help guys. :)

If so, respond and I'll be notified by email.

While waiting for a reply, please try these suggestions:
1. Get ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips to get them all
2. Get ALL available, Windows 8.1 compatible updates from the manufacturer's website.
3. Start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
4. If all of the hardware tests pass, then run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
