I'll try a new USB wireless card. I was worried that I'd still have the problem with a new one, and then I'd be out $10-40. I'm in an apartment complex without wired connections, as well (which is ridiculous), otherwise I wouldn't have even bought a wireless adapter in the first place.
Thanks usasma for the help ^_^.

@Syntheseizure - I would suggest buying the USB Wireless Card from Retailers who accept returns. This way in case it still does not solve the problem, you could return it.

Let us know how it goes ^_^

Okay so I got a new brand of USB adapter. When I plug in, Windows says its connected to the internet, but the internet still doesn't work (I can't load webpages, etc.). It seems that the driver software is the same for both adapters (Realtek/Mediatek), so I'm not sure if that's why it won't work.

Okay, got the new adapter on the internet, but I'm still getting the BSOD.

So what are my options? Try to find an adapter with different driver software (or is that not the problem)? Maybe I didn't uninstall the old adapter all the way and it's still messing with my internet somehow.

Could you please re-run the SF Diagnostic Tool and upload the ZIP File so that we could analyse the dump files?

    Hi Syntheseizure ^_^,

I analysed your dump files and all of them are pointing towards the Network Drivers of Windows. I see that "anodlwfx.sys" still present in the dump files. I checked your Event Logs and it seems that it is related to as "ANOD Network Security Filter driver" and it's service is working as well. Kindly follow the below steps to disable it till we are troubleshooting -

    1. Kindly press "Windows Key (Start Button on Keyboard) + R" and then type in "services.msc" and hit Enter.
    2. Find a service named as "ANOD Network Security Filter driver" or you might even find something similar.
    3. Once you find the service, right click on it and click on Properties.
    4. Under the Startup Type dropdown, select Disabled and hit OK.
    5. Once this is done, kindly rename the driver located at "C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\anodlwfx.sys" to "anodlwfx.bak".
    6. Reboot your system.
    7. Make sure that the original driver is not present again at the above path. Only the BAK file exists and not another driver.

    Check your system for stability.
If this fails, then kindly turn on Driver Verifier according to the below Guide and make sure that you let it crash for a few times before uploading the freshly generated Dump files -

I can't find anything named "ANOD Network Security Filter driver" or with a similar name in the list of Services.

See if renaming the driver works or not. Make sure that after the reboot, there is no such driver again.

I rebooted after renaming the driver. The driver did not reappear but the network access, while connected, was limited and I could not access the internet. I renamed the driver back to the original to regain internet access.

Are you getting any BSOD once the driver is renamed? Did you try forgetting the wireless connection and then connecting again? Are you still having limited internet access if done like this?

What was the result of the Driver Verifier mate?
