Solved BSOD possibly due to corrupted memory drivers

I asked my question on micorsoft community but they answered a few times then simply stopped answering, all I was told is that it maybe possibly due to corrupted memory drivers. I either get the BSOD with the DPC_Watchdog_Violation error or my laptop just freezes and a constant buzzing sound happens until I force it to shut down (but this is rarer). Something I have noticed is that it usually if not always happens when im on skype and something that I have seen sometimes is that skype is the first program to say not responding then seconds later the BSOD happens. This error has been happening from the first day I got windows 8.1 upgraded from windows 7. Any help would be appreciated! :)

One of the main BSOD answerer's in the Microsoft Community is SpiritX. He's currently on crutches and is in great pain. This may have affected his ability to respond (I'm at the Microsoft MVP Summit now and we're attending the same sessions/events).

Only 4 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 70 to 130 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Don't worry about the specific number, it's just important that you have checked and installed any updates that were available (and didn't experience any errors).

Lot's of Windows Updates failures in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report. If the problems continue, please post over in the Windows Updates & Activation - Windows 8 Forums for further expert assistance with this issue.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

The drivers that are [DEL]struckout[/DEL] don't have updates available (AFAIK).
DO NOT delete them, just leave them be.

Beyond this, as there was only 1 memory dump in the upload, I have these 4 suggestions:
1. Get ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips to get them all
2. Get ALL available, Win8.1 compatible updates from the manufacturer's website.
3. Start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
4. If all of the hardware tests pass, then run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Sorry I'm not very good with computers, how would I go about updating PEGAGFN.sys I went to the link but had no idea what to do from there. As I was unsure I found that PEGAGFN.sys is part of Toshiba Password Utility and simply uninstalled that would that be a correct approach? I have also installed a number of windows updates.

If you don't need the password utility, the best step would be to uninstall it.
The Windows Updates may help also.
Let's see if it's fixed the BSOD's.
Good luck!
