Check for BIOS updates for your Gigabyte motherboard. There have been recent issues with some models and there are updates to fix them. If possible, install it through the in-Windows update utility - it's much safer than a manual flash from a floppy drive!

Lot's of Windows Updates failures in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report. If the problems continue, please post over in the Windows Updates & Activation - Windows 8 Forums for further expert assistance with this issue.

It appears to be a problem with a USB device. What USB devices are connected to your system? Are you using both the rear ports and the front headers? (this presumes that this is a desktop system).

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

As you requested I update Intel Management Engine Interface it was v7 to v10
I used Driver Verifier before the update, should I use it again?

Wait to see if it BSOD's again.

If it does, remove the software for the XBox controller and physically remove the XBox controller from the system. These devices have been known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems. FYI - I didn't see drivers for this in the memory dump.

If the BSOD's continue after that, remove the software for the headset, and then physically remove the headset from the system. I've seen BSOD issues with USB audio devices (enough that I suspect them when I see them). FYI - I did see drivers for this in the memory dump.

Then, if the BSOD's still continue, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

The latest BSOD is starting to look like an incompatibility or hardware problem. Continue with the steps above and let's see what happens. Let the system BSOD a couple of times before uploading the memory dumps again (I need ALL the dumps from C:\Windows\Minidump).

Update Realtek Audio and network drivers - your's date from before Win8.1 was released

Was this BSOD from before you updated the Intel Management Engine?

Yes, connect them one at a time and wait to see if they generate a BSOD.
Good luck!
