BSOD playing SWTOR, happening more often & outside of game

I've been getting a BSOD issue that has been recurring and becoming more often.

In the cmd prompt I ran "SFC /SCANNOW" and received the following:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not support in offline servicing scenarios.

I have no idea what that means or what to do with it. I've uploaded the ZIP file from the SF Debug tool.

New here and to this issue so any help is appreciated.

Sorry for the delay in responding. There just aren't that many people who do BSOD analysis, so at times we get a bit overwhelmed!

Do your still need help with this problem?

To get help with the SFC/CBS errors, please post over in the Windows Updates & Activation - Windows 8 Forums for further expert assistance with this issue.

Only 67 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 75 to 100 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Don't worry about the specific number, it's just important that you have checked and installed any updates that were available (and didn't experience any errors).

You have a NETGEAR WNDA3100v2 N600 Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter:
I do not recommend using wireless USB network devices. Especially in Win8/8.1 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 and later - using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win8/8.1 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.
Your wireless USB driver (bcmwlhigh664.sys) dates from 2011 - well before Win8/8.1 was released. I suspect that it's not compatible with this OS - please update it immediately!!!

Out of 29 memory dumps there were 9 different BSOD error codes (many had video involvement). The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- dirt/dust/hair/fur/crud inside the case. Blow out the case/vents with canned air (DO NOT use an air compressor or vacuum as they can cause damage to the system)
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers), older systems, or even pirated systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

Please get a start with the hardware diagnostics - they are located here: Hardware Diagnostics
Start with the video tests. Let us know the results and we'll move on from there.

You have at least 2 different antivirus/internet security applications installed. Please uninstall ALL of them and test with Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall enabled. Once the system is stabilized, feel free to install one of them. You should only have one anti-virus and one firewall installed and running in memory at a time. More than that can result in conflicts, errors (to include BSOD's) and it can even let malware get in.

Please:
- download the latest AMD video drivers from the AMD website
- then uninstall the current drivers
- then install the freshly downloaded drivers
- then monitor for further BSOD's
