About a week ago, my computer started getting the BSOD APC_index_missmatch about once a day. It will run for about 5 hours or so before it happens. I have installed all of the windows updates available to me.

I am running Windows 8.1. Attached is the output of the SF Debug tool.

I have absolutely no idea of why these Temporary Files are being shown as the drivers which were present at the time of the crash. I will ask a friend of mine to take a look at this as well :)

I would suggest you to update the AVERMEDIA Drivers since they are very old. Furthermore, remove any USB Devices connected to the system and ESET till the time we are troubleshooting your system. Remove ESET using this **TOOL**. Once the system stabilises, you are free to install any Antivirus.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Thanks for your help blueelvis. I have removed ESET and i tried updating the AVERMEDIA drivers but ever time i tried to install the latest version my computer just froze. In the end i just uninstalled the software that came with it and deleted the driver from the System32 folder.

I also removed all the usb devices apart from my mouse and keyboard.

My computer has been on most of today and so far it hasnt crashed :D.

I searched for the temporary files which are being created and loaded. On digging up your Event Logs, I found that the WinRing service was running and related to the RealTemp Software which is a portable version and is located in your "C:\James\Downloads\RealTemp_370\" folder.
The WinRing libraries are very famous to cause problems like BSOD. I would suggest you to stop using RealTemp in order to not have any problems in the future and use the other monitoring tool which you have i.e. CoreTemp.

In case of any further problems, do not hesitate to post back ^_^
