Hello

New Zenbook for me, but most probably he was somewhere for two years , with Intel i3, came with Win 8.0, then I upgraded to 8.1 and here it is : the problem.
Everytime he goes to sleep or hibernate or from today even shot down mode to alive, he needs app. 6 min and then blue screen with Driver ........ and reboot again and then he is working for that session.

I folowed some forums and did some upgrades from Intel webpage...., but with my little knoledge I can not solve problem.

Please check my DAMP files and advise, because I`m very happy with 8.1.

Hi AR1 & Welcome to the forums ^_^,

Unfortunately, the ZIP File uploaded by you is empty. I would like you to re-run the Diagnostic Tool for atleast 15 minutes or till the time it says that it has finished.

Upload the freshly generated ZIP file so that it could be analysed ^_^.

As we can see from the analysis, the BSODs are being caused by the Intel Rapid Storage Driver. Kindly follow the below guide in order to remove this driver properly else you might end up with an unbootable system.

Uninstalling the Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology driver - Microsoft Community

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Dear Blueelvis

I did as described with exception ; after completition of Driver view file iaStorA.sys was still presented i went to Device Manager --View --Show hidden devices and then ups ups . There was no Non-plug and play Drivers option. i checked on other Asus laptop with WIN 7 and there it was. Why I dont have Non-plug and play Drivers file in Device manager and how can I disable iaStorA.sys
now??

Thanks for further assistance.
